  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and verified.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a tracking number once your package has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer competitive shipping rates for all customers based on your delivery location and the size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide):

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide):

    • Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

3. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take all necessary steps to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally, things may go wrong during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local post office or courier company. If your package is still not located, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist with an investigation.

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you, though changes cannot always be guaranteed.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, public holidays, or issues with the courier, may cause delays. MJ Haircare is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has left our warehouse.
